At Breastfeeds Plus we are dedicated to providing high-quality perinatal and lactation support services to our clients. Our mission is to assist, encourage and educate you with your breastfeeding goals to effectively support,  prevent and solve breastfeeding problems through compassionate care and personalized treatment plans.

Our Team

Cristy is a Registered Nurse, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist with over 10 years of hands-on experience working with mothers and babies during their perinatal period. Her passion for supporting breastfeeding mothers is deeply rooted in her own personal journey. As a mother of two, Cristy faced and overcame various breastfeeding challenges, fueling her commitment to helping others. Her firsthand understanding of the joys and challenges equips her to connect with mothers on a profound level.  Armed with professional certifications and a wealth of firsthand experience, she offers a unique blend of empathy and expertise. 

Cristy's personalized consultations reflect her understanding of the emotional and physical aspects of breastfeeding, making her a relatable and invaluable resource for new moms seeking guidance on their breastfeeding adventure.
