Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
All orders are shipped with tracking, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of purchase.
After this time, orders are processed promptly and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
Breastfeeds Plus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
